Man its freezing in NYC. I'm certainly no one to be dishing out style tips but ladies, during the hot months of summer put your tights in a fucking lock box until winter. I dont care if your leg is horribly disfigured by a rogue cheetah attack (awesome), no one is judging you in the heat theyre too focused on not getting heat stroke to care - do yourself a favor and drop the tights.
