Just gritty grimy rock and roll. Songs like this make me wish I owned a black leather jacket that smelled of cigarettes and sweat. I own nothing even remotely similar to this.. the closest thing I have is a weathered brown leather wallet - maybe I can fashion it into some sort of make shift neck poncho? Take notes folks, this is how you inadvertently start a global trend -- neck ponchos everywhere.

We live in an internet world where you can't just go out and buy something that you need. How do they not have fucking printer ink at fucking staples. I refuse to become an amazon prime member or order fucking paper towels online. GET YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR ASS YOU LAZY FUCKING PEOPLE! You are making this world unbearable. The new halo doesn't even have split-screen for co-op. The entire point is to play with my buddy in the same room, not over the internet talking into a little microphone headset.

Rrset playing off that Bear in Heaven steez. I'm curious to hear their upcoming EP Tokyo Honeymoon -- their first album left a lot to be desired. In other news: Happy Halloween left as weeners. See what I did there? Everyone be careful tonight, don't end up like I did in college - dressed as Veruca Salt from Willy Wonka (blueberry bloated of course) stabbed by a testosterone fueled Army Ranger. Halloween is serious business, guys.

Well listeners... I did it. On Saturday I married my best friend, one of the songs in our ceremony was by Beach House so it only seemed appropriate I post some Beach House today. I don't care how tough you think you are - when beach house is playing during your wedding ceremony you cry like a little baby. The surrealness of seeing close family and friends for 3 emotionally jam packed days is beyond words. Excuse me while I go nurse my emotional hangover.

I don't understand bands like this. You have your song on Soundcloud, it sounds great, I want to buy it to support you. You give me no info about buying it, you're not accessible anywhere to purchase your music -- nothing relevant on Bandcamp or iTunes store. So I have to resort to ripping your mp3 off Soundcloud - why do this? I want to give you my money Mating Ritual, please let me.

Awwwww yesssssss this is exactly what I'm talking about right here - heavy synth, breathy female vocals, and epic drums... what could possibly go wrong? I spend a lot (too much) of my time on Soundcloud these days and some of the bands I discover just blow my mind. Best Youth out of Portugal is definitely one of them, hit them up on Soundcloud if you don't believe me -- and never call me a liar again.
